The Challenge

Making ranking useful without exposing it as work for the user, while preserving photo privacy and keeping every final edit and share action under foreground user control.

System Architecture

A native SwiftUI app using authorized PhotoKit assets, on-device Vision and deterministic ranking, local review state, and the iOS share sheet. No cloud media pipeline or automated social-account posting sits in the customer path.

Implementation Notes

Uses permission-gated PhotoKit access plus on-device Vision and deterministic signals to detect recent capture moments and prepare ranked proposals.
Physical-iPhone review, denied-Photos recovery, and real photo-and-video share-sheet handoff have been exercised; ranking quality, beta value, and store release gates remain open.
The current product direction is iPhone-first. iPad, macOS, and Android expansion is paused until the core moment-to-finished-post experience is proven.
