A live, bilingual mobile-first prototype for Aconchego House, connecting membership, events, volunteering, coworking, karaoke, staff bar workflows, and board reporting.

The Challenge

Translating a busy community venue into clear role-based workflows while keeping live payments, personal records, and operational permissions fail-closed until supervised production gates are complete.

System Architecture

A Next.js application backed by Supabase authentication, Postgres, storage, and row-level access boundaries. Public and member surfaces connect to staff operations and reporting, while payment and account-side actions remain explicitly gated.

Implementation Notes

The live public surface covers membership, events, coworking, karaoke, and access into the wider community app.
The newest deployed interface work adds event detail and check-in, volunteer coordination, digital member-card, coworking booking, member-profile, and live karaoke-display surfaces.
Billing, card, booking, and access-control surfaces remain prototype work. Live Stripe activation, real-account rehearsal, and verified QR access are separate launch gates.
