This website policy is intentionally separate from app-specific policies such as System Vitals Monitor. If a mobile or desktop app does not use the website store, analytics, or database, that app's policy can say so on its own page. Website measurement does not change any app's analytics behavior or send device telemetry from an app to this database.
When durable form storage is enabled, the site stores the information you intentionally submit: name, email address, message or brief, and the bounded details relevant to that request, such as subject, commission type, budget range, timeline, partnership format, artwork reference, or offering. It is used only to review, reply to, and manage that request. Direct email remains available when storage is off or a save cannot be confirmed.
The free charcoal sampler and five-page proposed 14-day preview remain available without signup. The former Draw People With Presence ready-email form is no longer offered. Any legacy request deliberately submitted while that form was active remains limited to its original one-time consent and can be withdrawn by contacting Luna.
The seven-day Draw People With Presence practice pack is sold through an external Etsy listing. Etsy handles its checkout, applicable taxes, payment processing, order record, and digital delivery under Etsy's terms. With optional analytics enabled, a website click to Etsy records purchase intent only; an Etsy order is the authoritative sale. Original artwork and commissions remain inquiry-led. Native website Stripe checkout is dormant and does not make any offer purchasable.
The dedicated Neon site database is active in Frankfurt, Germany. It stores consent events and bounded first-party analytics records. It can also store an inquiry you deliberately submit, limited checkout and order metadata when an approved payment flow is enabled, policy versions, and operational records needed to provide those services. Card details are not stored in this database.
The website uses optional first-party analytics only after you allow it. It counts approximate 30-minute visits without creating a session or user ID, assigns one coarse source category such as direct, search, Pinterest, social, owned, or other, and records at most one qualified outcome per visit. It also records only the browser's good, needs-improvement, or poor rating for LCP, INP, and CLS together with the automatic lite or full presentation mode—never the raw timing, numeric value, or per-report metric ID. Referral classification happens in the browser; raw referrers are not sent. Bounded events can also count page views, portfolio or product actions, downloads, inquiry starts, and confirmed saves. Records do not contain IP addresses, user agents, device models, fingerprints, cookies, account or user IDs, raw query strings, destination URLs, or raw referrers.
On an initial visit, the site uses a coarse country code supplied with the web request and the browser's language preference to choose the most likely language. Requests identified as coming from Portugal or Brazil are shown in Portuguese; other requests default to English unless the browser explicitly prefers Portuguese. These signals are used only for that language decision and are not added to analytics records. If you use the EN/PT language control, the site stores only en or pt in the necessary luna-locale cookie for up to one year so it can remember your choice. This functional cookie is not an analytics cookie and is not used to identify or track you.
Raw analytics and consent events are retained for no more than 13 months. Test and withdrawn inquiries are removed within 24 hours; workbook-interest requests marked notified or closed after 7 days; other closed inquiries after 90 days; and every inquiry no later than 12 months after creation. Manual deletion may happen sooner. Provider-managed backups may keep encrypted recovery copies for their limited backup period before they expire.
You can choose necessary-only browsing or allow optional analytics through the site's privacy banner. The choice is stored locally in your browser as luna-consent-v1. You can reopen Privacy choices at any time and switch to necessary-only browsing to stop later analytics events.
For a stored inquiry or future approved payment, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of a workbook interest request, or a copy of your personal data by contacting Luna Peregrino. Withdrawing optional analytics does not itself delete an inquiry you deliberately submitted, so please use the contact link below for that request.
Etsy currently processes payment, tax, order, and delivery data for the paid practice pack according to Etsy's terms and privacy documentation. If a separate native website payment is enabled in the future, Stripe may process payment, fraud prevention, tax, and checkout data under Stripe's terms.
