Before Contacting Support

  • iPhone model and iOS version.
  • Insta-Auto version and build number, plus whether it is a development, beta, or release-candidate build.
  • Whether Photos permission is denied, selected/limited, or full, and whether Add More Photos or Settings recovery is visible.
  • Whether the issue happened during recent-moment detection, proposal generation, media or caption adjustment, native sharing, or a StoreKit purchase or restore.
  • For billing issues, which product was shown and the exact App Store message. Do not send receipts, payment details, or Apple Account credentials.
  • The exact app error or a screenshot with private photos, filenames, captions, local asset references, and store-account details redacted.
  • Do not send private images or videos through ordinary support email.

Release & Source Notes

  • Insta-Auto is not publicly downloadable from the App Store. Ranking quality, beta value, store records, live purchase configuration, signing, upload, and final device QA remain separate release gates.
  • The current product direction is the native SwiftUI iPhone app. iPad, macOS, and Android expansion is paused until the core moment-to-finished-post experience is proven.
  • Photos and media permission changes are controlled by the operating system. After changing access, return to Insta-Auto and rescan; restarting the app may be needed if the OS has not refreshed the permission state.
  • StoreKit handles any future iPhone purchases and restores. Try Restore while signed into the same Apple Account used for the purchase; never email card details, passwords, receipts, or account credentials.
  • The native share sheet receives media and caption only after an explicit foreground user action. Insta-Auto never posts to Instagram for the user.
  • Browser dashboards, Python tools, launchers, and local APIs are development support, not the iPhone customer workflow.
