App Privacy

Insta-Auto Privacy

Insta-Auto reads only Photos the user authorizes, processes candidate moments on the iPhone, and keeps ranking, edits, captions, and proposal state in local app storage.

Effective date

This page is app-specific. It is separate from the website, store, analytics, and commission inquiry policy so App Store privacy answers can stay accurate for each app.

Permission-gated PhotoKit access

On iPhone, Insta-Auto uses PhotoKit only after permission to enumerate authorized photos and videos. Selected or limited access is supported alongside full-library access. Scanning does not change the Photos library, and preview requests do not fetch network-backed media.

On-device moment ranking and edits

Recent-moment detection, Vision and deterministic quality signals, proposal ranking, media adjustments, captions, posting order, scan-recovery state, and local asset references are processed or stored on the iPhone. Ranking is not uploaded to Luna Peregrino services.

No media upload or social automation

Insta-Auto does not upload media to Luna Peregrino services or cloud vision or model services and does not ask for social-account credentials. It does not log in to social accounts, message, like, follow, or run background posting automation. Vision and deterministic quality signals run on the iPhone.

Foreground native sharing

When the user chooses to share, Insta-Auto hands the selected local photo or video package and caption to the iOS share sheet in the foreground. The user chooses the receiving app and completes or cancels the share there; Insta-Auto does not post independently.

User-controlled Photos changes

Scanning and proposal review do not mutate the Photos library. Any future save-back or album action must run only after an explicit foreground user action and use the access granted by iOS.

Native store billing boundary

If the iPhone release offers a paid tier, purchases and restores use StoreKit. Apple processes store-account and payment data under its own policies. Insta-Auto does not collect card details; live products and App Store configuration remain release gates.
