Eleita Privacy

Eleita analyzes only media you authorize, presents an automatic finished recommendation first, and keeps optional browsing, ranking, edits, captions, and recommendation state on your device.

Automatic finished recommendation

After you grant media access, Eleita analyzes authorized local photos and videos and automatically presents one finished recommendation before any optional browsing or ranking workflow. The recommendation, captions, edits, ordering, and ranking state stay on your device.

Optional browsing and ranking

If you choose to browse, compare, or rerank alternatives, Eleita processes only authorized local candidates. This workflow is optional and does not block the automatic finished recommendation that appears first.

Local media access on Apple and Android

On Apple platforms, Eleita uses PhotoKit only for photos and videos you authorize. On Android, Eleita uses Android system media access only for media you select or authorize. Selected or limited access is supported where the operating system provides it, preview requests do not fetch network-backed media, and analysis stays on the device.

No media upload or autonomous social posting

Eleita does not upload media to Luna Peregrino services or cloud vision or model services and does not ask for social-account credentials. It does not log in, message, like, or follow. Eleita does not autonomously post to social accounts, and local analysis does not become background social automation.

Foreground sharing and the only Photos write path

Sharing starts only after your explicit foreground action and opens the platform share surface for you to complete or cancel. On Apple platforms, Save Picks Album is the only Photos write path: it runs only when you explicitly choose that foreground action. Analysis, automatic recommendations, browsing, ranking, and sharing do not otherwise change the Photos library, and Eleita does not write to the Android media library.

Native store billing boundary

Eleita Pro purchases and restores use StoreKit on Apple platforms and Google Play Billing on Android. Apple and Google process store-account and payment data under their own policies. Eleita does not collect card details; live products and store configuration remain release gates.
